25	BRINGING THE OPEN BACK With the hit of the Open at the 2019 WSTR Finale (estimates had 4,500 spectators in the stands at the South Point) the USTRC Open Roping is coming back to the CINCH USTRC National Finals. This five-steer roping will feature the best of the best on Wednesday night, with an estimated start time of 6:00 pm and an 80 percent payback. Entry fees will be $500 per roper, enter twice, progressive on 1. First to enter, last to rope so get those entries in early.	image
